MSC Course Online ❋ 6 weeks
For most of us it is easier to offer compassion to others than to ourselves. Self-compassion means approaching yourself with as much kindness and respect as you would a loved one, or in a professional setting towards clients we are accompanying through a challenging time.
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is offered here in a short online format by two experienced MSC teachers. We will learn effective practical exercises that alleviate stress as well as help us overcome self-criticism and motivate ourselves with kindness. Together we explore how to hold difficult emotions such as anger, fear and sadness with mindful awareness and compassion. In this process, we gain greater emotional resilience while learning easy-to-use exercises for everyday life. The program offers a personal framework for self-awareness and a supportive small group experience.

The course consists of 6 sessions of 1.5 hours each including instructions to download as mp3. It costs 150,- €. For students and retired people there is the possibility of a reduction to 125,- €.
